Consent for Data Usage for Analytics
Last updated: June 1, 2025
1. What data is processed
When using the AI Call Analytics service, the following categories of data are processed: audio recordings of phone conversations uploaded by the user or received via API integrations; call transcripts generated by the AI transcription system; analytics reports including scores, recommendations, identified objections, and manager errors; technical file metadata (duration, format, size); participant identifiers (manager name, if specified).
2. Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to provide the service's functionality: automatic transcription of audio recordings; AI-based analysis of sales and customer service quality; generation of personalized coaching and performance evaluation reports for managers; tracking team performance metrics over time.
3. AI analysis and transcription
Audio recordings may be transmitted to AI systems (including OpenAI Whisper and other supported providers) for automatic transcription. Analytics reports are generated from transcripts. Audio recordings are not stored on AI provider servers after processing is complete. Transcripts and reports are stored on the service's secure infrastructure.
4. Use of anonymized data for demonstrations
Subject to a separate optional marketing consent (the optional second checkbox during registration), anonymized and de-identified aggregated analysis results may be used for service capability demonstrations, public presentations, and marketing case studies. Any information that could identify a company or specific individuals is excluded from demonstration materials.
5. User responsibility for obtaining permissions
By uploading audio recordings of phone conversations, the user confirms that they had a lawful right to record those conversations and obtained all necessary permissions from participants in accordance with applicable law. The service bears no responsibility for unlawful recording of conversations by the user.
6. Data sharing limitations
User data is never sold or transferred to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data transfers are only permitted to: AI providers for transcription processing (subject to their privacy policies); payment systems in the context of plan billing; authorities based on a lawful request.
7. Right to withdraw consent
The user has the right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time by contacting support or deleting their account. Withdrawal of consent results in deletion of all uploaded recordings and analytics reports. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
8. Consent version
Current version of this document: v1.0. In the event of material changes, users will be notified via email and/or the service interface. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
